Company Agenija d.o.o. was founded by Nina and Jaka Župec with a clear goal – to transform empty apartments in tourist destinations into homes filled with life and happy guests. From the very beginning, our vision has been based on complete property management, ensuring peace of mind for owners as we take care of the entire process of renting and maintenance.

Over the years, we have grown alongside our clients and their properties. Tourism trends have driven demand, and we have continuously adapted and expanded our services.

Today, we manage an increasing number of apartments, and our team gains new knowledge and adds new members each year, ensuring high-quality service .

Nina

Žiga

Tim

Ažbe

Ažbe has been an indispensable member of our team from the very beginning. His keen eye for detail and organizational skills ensure that field operations run smoothly, and the apartments are always prepared to the highest standard for our guests.

With years of experience and a deep understanding of the company's operations, Ažbe is a key figure in driving fieldwork towards excellence. He is currently taking on new challenges by leading a larger project under the Agenija umbrella, where, as project manager, he will set new standards for the future.
